Sneakerstoe currently accepts payments exclusively through Clearpay. By selecting Clearpay at checkout, you agree to Clearpay’s Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
2. How Clearpay Works

When you choose Clearpay, your purchase is split into 4 interest-free installments, payable every two weeks.

Clearpay automatically collects payments from your chosen debit or credit card on the scheduled dates.

No interest or fees will be charged as long as payments are made on time.

Late or missed payments may result in additional charges by Clearpay, as outlined in their terms.
3. Order Confirmation

Your order will be confirmed once Clearpay approves your payment plan.

If Clearpay declines your payment, your order will not be processed, and you may need to choose another payment option (if available in the future).
4. Billing Currency

All transactions are processed in GBP (£).
5. Security

Payments made through Clearpay are handled securely via Clearpay’s payment system.

Sneakerstoe does not store or have access to your full payment details.
6. Refunds & Returns

Refunds for orders paid with Clearpay will be processed according to our Return & Refund Policy.

Once approved, refunds are applied to your Clearpay account. Clearpay will adjust or cancel your future installment payments accordingly.
7. Customer Responsibility

It is your responsibility to ensure you have sufficient funds in your account for scheduled Clearpay payments.

Any issues related to late fees or declined payments must be resolved directly with Clearpay.
